Senior Accountant CPA Contractor

📋 Description

• Oversee daily accounting operations and manage month-end closing activities
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports
• Perform and review balance sheet and income statement reconciliations
• Forecast expenditures and contribute to revenue analysis and financial planning
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems, workflows, and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required
• At least 3 years of professional accounting experience
• Strong understanding and practical application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial analysis capabilities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
