📋 Description

• Lead monthly close: journal entries, reconciliations, and workpapers.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve close timeliness.
• Perform fluctuation and variance analysis with explanations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate data.
• Assist with annual audits and tax data preparation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation (or working toward CPA) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience; public accounting background.
• Big 4 audit or tax and industry experience preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Excel proficiency; ERP systems (NetSuite/Oracle/Workday) experience.
