📋 Description

• Own end-to-end accounting lifecycle for Gelato.
• Use AI and automation to streamline AP, AR and payments.
• Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance across global operations.
• Manage treasury and cash flow to optimise working capital.
• Implement automation to improve data quality and audit readiness.
• Collaborate across teams in a fast-changing, international environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting in multinational or Big 4 exposure.
• Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CPA/CIMA/CMA) or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel; NetSuite ERP or similar.
• AI/Automation tools experience (Gemini, Python, n8n, or similar).
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to own accounting responsibilities with minimal supervision.
