Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting

📋 Description

• Prepare and support external filings and internal reporting, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K
• Manage and support equity accounting under ASC 718, including monthly stock-based compensation
• Research and analyze routine and emerging U.S. GAAP and SEC guidance, contribute to technical
• Support external audits and SOX compliance by preparing documentation and audit schedules
• Improve and automate financial reporting and accounting workflows by identifying process

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, with experience in financial reporting and/or
• Strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, with experience researching
• General knowledge of stock-based compensation accounting under ASC 718 and experience supporting
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to translate complex accounting topics
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and complex analysis, and comfortable
