Senior Accountant - Fund Accounting (Real Estate)

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for an allocated portfolio of clients
• Prepare and post final bookkeeping for complex clients' financial statements
• Liaise with clients to ensure efficient delivery and service expectations
• Review work and mentor junior team; support policies and processes
• Prepare annual financial statements and management accounts; review deliverables
• Liaise with appointed Auditors to complete audits on time

🎯 Requirements

• ACCA/ACA qualified or accounting degree
• Finance/Accounting exp; Capital Markets/Real Estate exposure
• 4-6 years' experience preparing client accounts
• IFRS and US GAAP knowledge; UK GAAP advantageous
• Experience with Efront, Navision, ViewPoint or Value Financials
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
