Senior Accountant, International Accounting

📋 Description

• Remote-first role; may report in person occasionally for team gatherings or meetings.
• Report to International Accounting Manager in India; manage GL, fixed assets, prepayments
• Support quarter/year end audit activities and regulatory filings/compliance.
• Handle month, quarter, and year-end closing tasks; prepare monthly/quarterly flux reports with
• Lead resolution of accounting issues; guide cross-functional teams on accounting impacts.
• Continuously develop and improve closing processes and ERP-related workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• CA, CPA or ACCA equivalent.
• 3-4 years in Record to Report / GL; preferably at an MNC.
• Hands-on month-end close and operational accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience with TDS/Withholding tax, GST, Companies Act and regulatory filings.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
