Senior Accountant - Lease

📋 Description

• The Leasing Team handles end-to-end accounting of CoreWeave's lease portfolio within Corporate
• Own day-to-day operational accounting: journal entries, reconciliations, period-end close.
• Review contracts to identify embedded leases under ASC 842; collaborate with Legal, FP&A
• Support process improvements for scalable lease accounting operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years accounting experience; lease accounting, technical accounting, or real
• Working knowledge of ASC 842 and application to operational leases.
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA in progress preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative communicator across Legal, FP&A, and Operations.
