Senior Accountant - Leases

📋 Description

• Own embedded leases in NSAs under ASC 842
• End-to-end lease accounting for CoreWeave's leases and NSAs
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for lease accounts
• Analytics and schedules for lease-related P&L accounts
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, FP&A, and Procurement on contracts
• Prepare quarterly and annual disclosures for leases and NSAs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• 5+ years progressive accounting; public firm or public company
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, incl. ASC 842, Leases
• Experience identifying embedded leases in complex service/network contracts
• Ability to support month-end close, reconciliations, and P&L analytics
• Strong analytical skills; cross-functional with Legal, Finance, and Procurement
