Senior Accountant - Mexico, Remote

📋 Description

• Own prepaid, accrued expense and opex schedules, including professional fees, software and
• Prepare and post journal entries for the monthly, quarterly and annual close, with clear support
• Book intercompany entries and support consolidation across our US and international entities. Work
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve differences before close.
• Prepare flux analysis and explain monthly results to the Assistant Controller and FP&A.
• Trace coding errors back to source systems such as payroll, purchasing and billing, and work with

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3+ years as a Senior Accountant, or 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in an operational business: manufacturing, distribution, healthcare services, logistics
• Strong grasp of US GAAP, accruals, reconciliations and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large data sets.
• A track record of fixing root causes in upstream processes.
