Senior Accountant, Onboarding

📋 Description

• Prepare accrual-basis financial statements
• Perform reconciliations for bank, credit card, merchant services, and loans
• Apply strong financial analysis to support data-driven decisions
• Manage multiple client onboarding projects across industries
• Follow structured project plans aligned with client needs and timelines
• Utilize cloud-based accounting platforms and integrated tools to streamline processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of GAAP-based accounting and financial reporting
• Strong client communication and passion for helping small businesses
• Hands-on QuickBooks Online and/or Xero experience
• Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems and app integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (required)
• Bonus: Experience in public accounting or remote, tech-forward environment
