📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day financial reporting activities for assigned healthcare clients, ensuring
• Support complex general ledger activities by identifying missing transactions, analyzing trends
• Review and approve account classifications to ensure proper financial reporting practices.
• Analyze balance sheets, investigate variances, and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant
• Prepare and review monthly reporting packages, including key performance indicators and financial
• Lead and finalize month-end close processes while ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience with a focus on financial reporting and general ledger
• Experience with full-cycle accounting within healthcare environments such as physician practices
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and month-end close processes
• Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a client-focused environment
