Senior Accountant (Revenue)

📋 Description

• Oversee client invoicing, revenue recognition, and revenue forecasting under CFO leadership.
• Manage accounts receivable, vendor portal setup, and cash inflow reporting.
• Maintain client records and data hygiene, including contract summaries.
• Manage employee expense reimbursement via payroll.
• Assist in assessing sales/use tax exposure and timely invoicing/remittance.
• Assist month-end close with GL entries and reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in accounting within a small team.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, including ASC 606.
• Solid accounting principles and procedures knowledge.
• Experience creating financial statements.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills for data analysis.
