Senior Accountant (Semiconductor Industry)

📋 Description

• Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for subsidiaries; support
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and supporting schedules.
• Analyze financial results and explain variances to management.
• Coordinate external audits, annual financial statement reviews, and tax filings.
• Support application of ASC 606 revenue recognition guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Semiconductor industry: 10+ years of finance experience, specifically within a fabless
• Must understand nuances of hardware lifecycles and foundry costs.
• Prior Big Four public accounting experience.
• Experience with inventory and cost accounting.
• Exposure to IPO readiness, SOX compliance, or public company reporting.
• Experience with ERP implementations and process automation.
