Senior Accountant (Swedish Market)

📋 Description

• End-to-end monthly and year-end closing procedures
• Prepare and review financial reports in NetSuite
• Intercompany reconciliations and monthly balance checks
• Prepare VAT returns for Swedish regulations
• Prepare annual financial statements per K2/K3 and corporate tax returns
• Lead and coach junior accounting staff; oversee bookkeeping

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior accounting experience in international, fast-growing companies
• Strong knowledge of Swedish accounting standards (K2/K3), VAT and statutory reporting
• Experience preparing annual reports and corporate income tax returns
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP
• Experience reviewing accounting work and guiding junior colleagues
• Ability to work both operationally and strategically with attention to detail
