Senior Accountant (US GAAP)

📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle accounting activities
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial transaction recording
• Perform monthly bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Execute month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, trial balances)
• Support sales tax filings, regulatory compliance, and accounting obligations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional accounting experience, including 2 recent years in a U.S.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, SAICA) preferred
• Experience with full-cycle accounting, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Experience with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements
