Senior Accounting Clerk (Contract)

📋 Description

• Maintain accurate vendor records, including new vendor setup, approved changes, tax forms, and
• Process vendor invoices and credits in Tipalti, checking for complete documentation, appropriate
• Partner with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to obtain timely invoice reviews, approvals, and
• Prepare payment batches and supporting documentation for review and approval in accordance with

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 3 years of relatable accounting operations, bookkeeping
• Working knowledge of accounts payable processes, debits and credits, account coding
• Experience using an ERP or accounting system; Netsuite and Tipalti experience preferred
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, including sorting, filtering, formulas, and lookup
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to process transactions accurately while managing
• Experience researching invoice, payment, and account discrepancies and following issues through to
