Senior Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting: GL, payroll, fixed assets, intercompany.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare reconciliations for balance sheet and income statements.
• Oversee intercompany billings, cross-entity ledgers, multi-currency.
• Partner with FP&A and business teams for budgeting and analysis.
• Lead a small Accounting team; mentorship and process ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years corporate accounting; close ownership
• Direct NetSuite expertise; advanced Excel/Sheets
• Strong US GAAP, journal entries, reconciliations
• Experience with multi-entity structures and intercompany
• High autonomy; cross-functional communicator
