📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global accounting team with clear roles, decision
• Manage and accelerate close activities for key corporate accounting functions, including general
• Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses in

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• At least eight years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting or a
• CPA is required, and Big 4 experience is preferred
• At least three years of experience leading a team of accountants
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Hands-on experience in NetSuite (or a similar ERP), including improving workflows and reports
