Senior Accounting Manager - CPA Level

📋 Description

• Own and manage the month-end close process across multiple entities, locations, and business units
• Manage and review P&L, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and other financial
• Perform and review bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations using QuickBooks Online.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and compliant with US GAAP and applicable US
• Analyze financial results, investigate discrepancies, identify unusual activity, and proactively
• Perform and review audit procedures covering revenue, AR, inventory, fixed assets, AP, debt

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional accounting experience, including demonstrated ownership of the month-end
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong and practical knowledge of US GAAP and US accounting practices, which is essential for the
• Proven experience managing accounting activities across multiple entities, locations, or business
• Expert-level proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data, reconciliations, and reporting.
