📋 Description

• Own accounting across our international entities, applying IFRS, US GAAP, and German GAAP to
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, owning close calendars, account reconciliations
• Deliver accurate, timely financial statements and management reporting, explaining material
• Build and strengthen accounting policies, internal controls, and documentation, keeping records
• Make our accounting systems work reliably together, improving data flows and reconciliations across
• Turn recurring accounting work into scalable processes, introducing automation and practical tools

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional accounting experience, including significant hands-on ownership of
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable professional qualification.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge across German GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP.
• Proven experience owning monthly, quarterly, and annual close, including reconciliations
• Ability to make sound accounting judgments independently and distinguish between entity-level
• Experience designing, documenting, and improving accounting workflows, internal controls, and
