Senior Accounting Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on support across accounting, resolving complex matters.
• Drive AI-powered process improvements by automating manual work.
• Prepare, analyze, and report financial data to support decisions.
• Support cross-functional finance projects, incl. CAPEX and tax forecasting.
• Improve finance processes across billing, payments, invoices, reimbursements.
• Review accounting processes for accuracy, compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3+ years in finance/controlling function.
• Knowledge of IFRS or ability to research/apply.
• Strong ownership and commitment.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, analytical skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
