Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes (invoicing, collections, revenue).
Prepare and issue rent/CAM invoices after verifications.
Track AR aging and follow up on overdue payments.
Review customer agreements for key billing terms and milestones.
Reconcile customer receipts and perform quarterly TDS reconciliations.
Coordinate with Sales/Operations/Finance to resolve collections issues.

🎯 Requirements

B.Com with MBA or M.Com preferred.
4–7 years in AR, revenue accounting, or Finance Ops.
Strong GST invoicing, TDS, and reconciliations knowledge.
Experience with Zoho Books, Tally, or ERP systems.
Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, analytics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
