Senior Accounts Payable Manager

📋 Description

• Own and scale the end-to-end accounts payable (AP) and procure-to-pay process across global entities
• Oversee corporate credit card and expense reimbursement programs
• Lead, coach, and develop the AP team
• Develop and maintain global AP policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Own month-, quarter-, and year-end AP close activities
• Oversee vendor master data, payment operations, and vendor-related inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable, procure-to-pay, and employee expense
• Deep, hands-on expertise with NetSuite, AP automation platforms, and corporate card and expense
• Experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency AP operations
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency, reporting tools, and
• Experience operating in or preparing for a SOX-compliant, public-company control environment
