Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

📋 Description

• Process and record vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure proper expense classification and GL coding
• Review invoice documentation for completeness, compliance, and business purpose
• Resolve vendor discrepancies and correspondence in a timely manner
• Coordinate with department heads and stakeholders to clarify invoice details and obtain necessary
• Create and maintain vendor master data in accounting systems

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional
• Minimum 3-5 years of accounts payable and accounting operations experience
• Previous experience with Big 4 firms, management consulting, or growth-stage organizations strongly
• Strong proficiency with accounting systems and ERP platforms (SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
• Multi-GAAP experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting
