Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

📋 Description

• Ensure customer billing schedules and invoices are correctly created in SaaSOptics
• Resolve outstanding issues related to billing and collections with customers and sales team
• Review Aged Receivable report weekly and provide feedback for past due accounts
• Provide weekly reporting of invoicing totals, aging totals, cash receipts, and invoice adjustments
• Process software subscriptions to generate bookings, billings, and revenue
• Implement dunning process in Quickbooks Online

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of accounts receivable experience (more preferred)
• General experience in expense accounting and categorization preferred
• Experience with end to end Accounts Receivable
• Intermediate knowledge of accounting practices
• Experience with ERP systems (particularly QuickBooks Online, and SaaSOptics) preferred
• Software/SaaS billing experience
