Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

📋 Description

• Process the end-to-end accounts receivable process ensuring timely and accurate invoicing across
• Execute proactive, customer-centric collections strategies to drive timely payments, maintain
• Accurately apply and post incoming customer payments (ACH, wire, credit card, and Stripe) to the
• Issue credit and debit memos, manage customer credit monitoring including holds and limits, and
• Analyze AR trends, aging reports, collections performance, and key metrics to provide actionable
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including finalizing billing procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or a related role, with a
• Extensive experience with NetSuite ERP and SuiteBilling is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication with a customer-focused approach to collections.
• High level of independence and self-motivation, with a demonstrated ability to excel in a remote
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
