Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for new
• Execute proactive, customer-focused collection strategies to improve payment timeliness, cash
• Apply and post customer payments received through ACH, wire, credit card, and Stripe, while
• Prepare credit and debit memos and manage customer credit monitoring, including credit holds and
• Analyze AR aging, collection performance, trends, and key metrics to identify opportunities to
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including billing finalization, AR

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or a related field, with
• Extensive experience with NetSuite ERP and SuiteBilling is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with a customer-focused approach to
• Strong independence, self-motivation, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities and
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
