Senior Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end revenue operations: quote generation, invoicing, reconciliation, receivables
• Review invoices and billing vs. order forms; investigate discrepancies with sales teams and
• Respond to inquiries on invoices, billing issues, and payment status; own the collections process.
• Support revenue reporting by reviewing SQL query outputs for accuracy and consistency with
• Manage QuickBooks Online and Stripe; oversee upgrades, automation, and workflow improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline revenue processes and improve the quote-to-cash cycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience in U.S.-based companies, focusing on Accounts Receivable and
• Experience managing the complete revenue cycle from quote to cash.
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Stripe; ability to review SQL outputs for accuracy.
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving; ability to challenge discrepancies with customers or
• Experience implementing process improvements, system upgrades, and automation in accounting/revenue
• Familiarity with startup accounting and adaptability to changing priorities.
