Senior Accounts Receivables Analyst

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end invoicing and collections activities for pay-as-you-go and prepaid commit customers.
• Support recurring, and usage-based, billing models across systems for a variety of subscription
• Drive system and process improvements, including AI adoption, automation initiatives, and
• Maintain strong AR health through proactive aging reviews, collections coordination with the sales
• Propose quarter-end write-off recommendations and own AR reporting, including aging analysis
• Support monthly accounting close activities, including contract review, usage validation, invoice

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive billing and collections experience at a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience with marketplace platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and reports.
• Experience with automation tools and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Stripe, Salesforce CPQ).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex contracts and
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present information
