Senior Acquisition Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide senior-level acquisition and program management support for assigned DHA medical product
• Apply knowledge of DoDI 5000 and the Defense Acquisition System to acquisition planning and program
• Apply knowledge of the DoD capability requirements development process and PPBE
• Support acquisition planning for DHA ACAT-designated medical programs
• Analyze Federal, DoD, DHA, and Service-specific acquisition policies, regulations, directives, and
• Interpret and synthesize changing acquisition guidance and identify impacts, risks, opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Active DoW secret clearance or above
• 10+ years of federal acquisition experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting the DoD acquisition process
• Working knowledge of DoDI 5000 and Defense Acquisition System processes
• Knowledge of PPBE and capability requirements development
• Experience developing or supporting acquisition strategies and acquisition documentation
