Own L1 support queue for finance apps; triage and resolve or escalate tickets.
Troubleshoot issues: data entry errors, approvals, logins/SSO, and config mismatches.
Document known issues; contribute to runbooks and FAQs to reduce tickets.
Communicate ticket status clearly with end users on resolution and workarounds.
Provision, modify, and deprovision users across NetSuite, Coupa, Concur.
Manage roles and access; coordinate onboarding/offboarding across systems.

🎯 Requirements

6–8 years in Finance systems support or ERP admin.
Hands-on with 2–3: NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, Anaplan/Pigment.
Strong understanding of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, expenses, reporting.
Experience managing user access in SaaS Finance platforms.
English communication skills; ability to translate technical issues for stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
