📋 Description

• CDD reviews for a range of investor types and structures.
• Review internal systems to determine if investors are existing clients.
• Prepare ownership charts and identify UBOs.
• Obtain required information to address gaps in CDD documentation.
• Support investor screening and complete internal checklists.
• Maintain accurate records in the Investor CDD Tracker; act as deputy to the CDD Manager when

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Compliance, CDD/KYC, Fund Administration or related financial
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and cross-border CDD requirements.
• Experience reviewing corporate ownership structures and beneficial ownership.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple systems/databases.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; proactive problem-solving.
• Educated to A-Level standard; degree in Law/Management/Finance advantageous; professional
