📋 Description

• Develop, execute, monitor, and optimize first-class partnership programs across the ad ecosystem.
• Own strategic partner agreements spanning third-party data licensing, identity graphs, data clean
• Serve as an ad-ecosystem thought leader and an ambassador for Reddit across the industry.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and joint strategic planning sessions with key partners.
• Partner with the Activations and Enablement teams to define go-to-market strategies and educational
• Track, project, and report on progress against Reddit’s annual strategic goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, or
• Tenacious, entrepreneurial approach to navigating product, process, and partner challenges.
• Demonstrated track record of cultivating strong, trusted relationships with internal and external
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep familiarity with the ad-tech, data, and store-builder landscapes.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and manage change effectively.
