📋 Description

• Senior AEM Business Analyst partnering with business, product owners and tech teams to enable
• Verifies technical requirements are accurate and aligned with DoR before development.
• Grooms and prioritizes the backlog with product owners and leads; ensures dependencies and impacts
• Identifies and analyzes both technical and functional requirements; communicates needs across
• Facilitates workshops and leads user flows, documenting decisions and outcomes for cross-functional
• Supports transition from project to support with necessary documentation and training as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience working with technical teams and solving requirements.
• Strong ability to gather, articulate and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), AEM Assets and related DAM workflows; familiarity
• Proficient in requirements traceability, backlog management, and impact analysis across systems and
• Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead user flows and collaborate with developers, product owners, and managers.
