Senior Affiliate Manager

📋 Description

• Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates and provide support.
• Own onboarding for new affiliates ensuring smooth integration.
• Monitor affiliate performance across traffic, conversions, ROI, and KPIs.
• Analyze results to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Research, recruit, and negotiate with new affiliates and partners.
• Optimize campaigns to improve conversion, efficiency, and ROI.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in affiliate marketing/management.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms, tracking, and partner mgmt.
• Advanced analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush.
• Experience configuring complex affiliate tracking (S2S postbacks).
• Experience with subscription-based business models.
