• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales in digital
• Experience with mainstream dating products, advertisers, and affiliate networks.
• Existing network of relevant affiliate partners and traffic sources.
• Track record of attracting, launching, and scaling partnerships or clients.
• Experience building pipelines from scratch and expanding affiliate channels.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare, hybrid deals, payouts, and traffic quality.
