Senior Affiliate Manager (Full Remote - Romania)

📋 Description

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates
• Oversee onboarding of new affiliates
• Monitor affiliate performance and generate reports on traffic, conversions, ROI
• Analyze results to optimize campaigns and scale
• Research and recruit new affiliates
• Troubleshoot affiliate issues

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, media buying, paid social)
• Advanced competence with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush and reporting systems
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
