Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist

📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies focused on partner recruitment
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop high-value affiliate partners, negotiating contracts
• Own affiliate relationships end to end, including tracking setup, promotional offers, payment
• Analyze performance across partners, cohorts, geographies, and partner categories to identify
• Monitor revenue, conversion quality, CAC, LTV, ROAS, partner ROI, and fraud indicators, translating
• Manage commission expenditure within approved budgets and recommend reallocations based on partner

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within B2C subscription, consumer
• Proven experience recruiting, onboarding, activating, and scaling affiliate partner networks across
• Strong track record of using data to guide decisions around commissions, incentives, budgets
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and networks such as Impact, PartnerStack, or
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate partner performance, identify high-potential
• Solid understanding of attribution, affiliate measurement, fraud detection, quality control, and
