Senior Agency Partnerships Manager

📋 Description

• Generate and build long-term relationships with agency and direct clients.
• Drive revenue growth by hitting quarterly sales goals.
• Coordinate internal resources to craft experiential campaigns and pitches.
• Manage client briefs from intake to delivery of campaign work.
• Attend and lead high-value client pitches and organize client entertainment initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the Brand Partnerships offering.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in publisher sales, experiential sales, or brand partnerships.
• Creative thinker with data-driven sales decisions.
• Proven track record building direct client and agency contacts (Publicis, Mindshare, Havas).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to deliver proposals and run meetings.
• Entrepreneurial can-do attitude; self-starter and comfortable in ambiguity.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is a requirement.
