• Own the technical win on Decagon's largest strategic opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and engineers to scale AI agents in production.
• Define and drive the AI transformation roadmap with the C-suite.
• Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents in production.
• Turn playbooks into reusable assets across accounts.
• Direct Forward-deployed engineers and partner teams to deliver at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years owning high-stakes outcomes with senior executives.
• Builder's instinct to design and build the actual solution.
• Strong technical acumen in AI agent designs.
• Executive presence and trusted advisor to senior decision-makers.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• CS/Engineering/Math degree or equivalent; MBA a plus.
