Senior Agent Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the technical win on strategic opportunities; partner with Sales and SEs to build AI agents.
• Partner with Fortune 500 execs to define and drive AI transformation roadmap.
• Design and build enterprise AI agents in production; deep dive into workflows.
• Turn playbooks into reusable assets that scale across accounts.
• Direct Forward-Deployed Engineers and partners to deliver at scale.
• Run feedback loops with Product and Engineering to shape the product.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years owning high-stakes outcomes; experience with senior execs.
• Builder's instinct: design and build solutions, not just diagnose.
• Strong technical acumen; AI agent design and technical conversations.
• Executive presence; trusted advisor to senior decision-makers.
• Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• CS/Engineering/Math degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• MBA or equivalent business-tech experience a plus.
• Experience selling/deploying enterprise software for Fortune 500 clients.
