Senior Agent Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the technical win on strategic opportunities, partnering with Sales, SEs, and FDEs to build AI agents.
• Serve as executive partner to Fortune 500 C-suite, defining AI transformation roadmap.
• Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents in production.
• Turn frameworks and playbooks into reusable assets that scale across accounts and feed product roadmap.
• Direct Forward-deployed engineers and partner teams to deliver at scale, accountable for outcomes.
• Run tight feedback loops into Product and Engineering, shaping the product from frontline learnings.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience owning high-stakes outcomes and earning executive trust.
• Builder's instinct: design and build the actual solution.
• Strong technical acumen; able to discuss AI agent designs with engineers and executives.
• Executive presence and trusted advisor to senior decision-makers.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• CS/Engineering/Math degree; MBA is a plus.
