Senior Agent Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own delivery, adoption, and expansion of AI solutions for customers.
• Act as the primary technical and strategic owner for each account's AI agents.
• Build AI agents and scale deployment with Forward Deployed Engineers to production.
• Be executive partner to Fortune 500 C-suite; define AI transformation roadmap.
• Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents in production.
• Turn playbooks into reusable assets that scale across accounts and feed roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years delivering high-stakes outcomes; trusted by senior execs.
• Builder's instinct; want to design and build the actual solution.
• Strong technical acumen; discuss AI agent designs with engineers and execs.
• Executive presence; trusted advisor to senior decision-makers.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• CS/Engineering/Math degree or equivalent; MBA a plus.
