Senior Agent Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the technical win on Decagon's key opportunities with sales and engineers to build AI agents.
• Serve as executive partner to Fortune 500 C-suite, defining their AI transformation roadmap.
• Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents in production, deep-dive into workflows.
• Turn frameworks and playbooks into reusable assets scalable across accounts.
• Direct forward-deployed engineers and partner teams to deliver at scale.
• Run tight feedback loops into Product and Engineering to shape the product.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience owning ambiguous, high-stakes outcomes; trusted with senior execs.
• A builder's instinct: design and build the actual solution, not just diagnose.
• Strong technical acumen; capable of AI agent designs and technical conversations.
• Executive presence and trusted advisory track record with senior decision-makers.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• A Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree, or equivalent hands-on tech experience.
• An MBA or equivalent at the intersection of business strategy and tech is a plus.
• Experience selling, deploying, or advising on enterprise software or transformation programs at Fortune 500 level.
