Senior Agile Coach

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Agile transformation for new ARTs and programs.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Data Science to design scalable team structures.
• Coach RTEs, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to strengthen execution and planning.
• Facilitate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and leadership alignment.
• Establish backlog practices, governance models, and delivery rhythms.
• Define analytics-driven delivery metrics to guide continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in IT, with substantial software development background.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale Agile / SAFe transformations in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban, including ART setup and program coaching.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate high-impact workshops.
• Strong understanding of flow-based metrics and data-driven delivery improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Jira Cloud, Confluence, and Miro.
