📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders to lead complex business analysis
• Translate needs into clear user stories and requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, IS, health informatics, or related field
• 4+ years' experience in business analysis in agile environments
• Certifications: Business Analysis and/or Scrum Master (Preferred)
• Ability to analyze complex processes and translate into Salesforce solutions
• Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process docs
• Skilled in facilitating workshops, backlog refinements, and stakeholder interviews
