📋 Description

• Translate regenerative agronomy into scalable digital products for farmers.
• Ensure digital products are agronomically sound, farmer-relevant, high quality.
• Own and evolve digital agronomy products, including decision-support tools.
• Expand regenerative practices in temperate arable systems.
• Review agronomic datasets, literature, and product assumptions.
• Contribute to roadmap decisions based on value and feasibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in agronomy, regenerative agriculture, farm advisory, or related field.
• Strong practical experience with arable farms via management, advisory, or farmer research.
• Solid academic background in agronomy or related discipline.
• Deep understanding of regenerative arable farming in temperate climates.
• Translate agronomic expertise into scalable digital products; assess models and AI tools.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.
