🎯 Requirements

AI-first mindset; design systems where agents act, validate, and evolve software.
Proven experience integrating LLMs and multi-agent systems into production pipelines.
Hands-on with frontier models (Claude Opus 4.x, GPT-5.x) for reasoning and code.
Strong understanding of context engineering, token economics, and prompt architecture.
Ability to design guardrails for autonomous systems—validation, policy enforcement, safety.
4+ years of Java (Spring/Spring Boot) or Kotlin in production.
