🎯 Requirements

• Strong full-stack exp: Java 21, Spring, REST, SQL, TypeScript, React
• Own features end-to-end, not just tickets
• Experience with non-trivial codebases; not greenfield
• Advanced daily use of AI coding tools
• Comfort making decisions under ambiguity and owning outcomes
• Backgrounds: founders/early startup engineers or senior engineers with side projects
