Senior AI Controls Solutions Engineer (Australia)

📋 Description

• Lead AI deployment across multiple enterprise data-center projects.
• Model facilities using Phaidra to ingest data and configure AI agents.
• Commission, tune, and support deployed systems across customers.
• Collaborate with PMs and DSs; translate needs into concrete tech specs.
• Serve as internal/customer SME; drive platinum support and onboarding.
• Travel up to 25% for on-site or customer engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15 years experience as controls engineer or equivalent.
• HVAC & data-center cooling control and chiller plant ops.
• Able to operate independently as a senior team member across customers.
• Thermodynamics knowledge for cooling, refrigeration, hydronics.
• Experience programming PLCs; ladder logic; BACnet/Modbus.
• Python scripting to implement insights; strong communication and documentation.
